Hello

Can someone help me with how factory front suspension is painted correct?

search old pictures and see most suspension was not painted. there was some coatings like phosphate ? and some overspray. I slightly overrestored my 70 duster 340 4 speed and painted control arms steel gray. factory shocks painted, anti swaybar and front strut rods I think not
