While going through the January issue's quick tech article "five-minute fix for late-model hemi pcv problems" I couldn't help but notice......You did it wrong. You installed what you called a separator, but is more commonly known as a catch can (it catches oil before it gets in the intake) By looking at the pictures , you installed it between the CAI and the vent by the oil fill cap. Sorry to tell ya, but that will do nothing for ya. It needs to be put between the pcv valve, which is at the rear of the manifold on the passenger side of the 5.7, and the port on the manifold just forward of that. Here are some photos so you can see. http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l543/4pointwhoa/WK%201/engine%20bay/IMAG0302.jpghttp://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l543/4pointwhoa/WK%201/engine%20bay/006-3.jpgthis one is from my 6.1- so you can get an idea of what you'll be preventinghttp://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l543/4pointwhoa/SRT%20Chally/srt%20engine%20bay/IMAG1543_zps21be1fb3.jpgIt is also a great time to remove the throttle body and thoroughly clean it. If you haven't done this before, trust me it NEEDS it.
