I have a 1962 Dodge Dart 440 convertible, red with black top, red seats, never restored.

Made in Newark, NJ
Chassis: Unibody
Transmission: 3 speed Torqueflite
Engine: V8,318 cuin, 3.2L
Power 230HP at 4400rpm
Color Vermillon
Torque 340 lbs-ft at 4400rpm
Carburetor 2-BBL
Compression 9:1
Brakes 4 wheel hydraulic Bendix Drums
Number Produced: 3,166

I drive the car once in a while without problems.

Questions to the experts:

1. What would be the sales value of this car?

2. If I decide to restore it, where should I send it to for engine, upholstery, suspension and corrosion treatment?

Thanks for your advice.

Pictures would be nice. You don't describe the condition of the car. Does it have rust? How is the interior, etc... As to a good restoration shop, you can't beat LaBrecque Autocraft in East Windsor, Connecticut. http://www.labrecqueautocraft.com/  However, we do not know where you are  geographically. Nobody can help you without more info!
