Need more information......
Is the pitman arm hitting the exhaust manifold?
Are they installed correctly?
Has your steering box been changed?
Is the steering box the correct one for your applications?
Is that exhaust manifold the correct P/N for your application?

did you just install the 440.. motor... on top of a small block K member? if so.. then the engine would sit to high requiring the adaptor motor mounts that are available from their manufacturer.. not at local parts stores..
if your motor mounts are broken or out of place.. the motor could be twisted up and the exhaust manifold touching..
i don't have an interchange book handy to see if that is the proper manifold.. did it fit before??
did the steering box break loose??? have you been recreating dukes of hazard jumps with your car????
