power window motors are available through most parts stores

Dorman/Window Lift Motor
For your 1977 Chrysler New Yorker 7.2L 4BL 8cyl
Part Number: 742-302
Alternate Part Number: WL41002
Application: Front - Driver side

if you look through the different brands.. sometimes you can find motors that are already assembled with the gear and cover...

the drive gears are also available individually...

there are several options.. so you will need to measure the diameter of the shaft and count the gear teeth..

if you actually need a window regulator..  there are a few specialist older car junk yards that might have one...

many times.. the plastic gear is just stripped and can be replaced...

PLEASE be VERY careful if you are going to attempt to remove the regulator from the door.. and then the motor from the regulator...  there is a wound spring that reduces force needed by the motor..  it creates enough instant movement when you pull the motor.. that you WILL LOOSE FINGERS or MORE...

sometimes rollers for the end of the regulator arms are available...

i have actually had the regulator gear teeth where worn .. welded up.. and i hand shaped them with a dremel with a cut off tool and a pattern taken from a good section...
