From the '60s? It's a manual windshield washer pump.

I had a 1970 Duster new back in the day. That is a manual windshield washer pump believe it.

funny... when i looked around.. the push type rubber washer pump seemed to be listed for models through the 74 model year... so if you have a 74.. you probably HAVE one.. .
those were always neat..
