i have an la 360 i'm putting together for my 70 dart gt.here's what i have so far: 1979 block,bored 0.40,rods & mains 0.10 under.hypereutectic flat tops,with valve reliefs.241/241 484/484 @50.108 lobe seperation. 64cc cast iron heads.that have been polished & ported.1.92 intake,1.60 exhaust.m1 intake has been gasket matched to the heads.high volume oil pump,windage tray,a cam lifter valley baffle.750 cfm carb,and march underdrive pulley system.i'm curious if any one can give me a ballpark guesstimate on what this combination might be putting out as far as horsepower.and any suggestions for improvements.
Couple things needed to give an answer but here goes, If piston comp. is 8.5 to 1 and you run small tube headers with a dual plan rpm intake your power will be int he 350HP range with 390 ft. lbs of torque.increasing the comp. to 9.5 to one you will be closer to 375HP with 405 ft lbs of torque.
