Hey fellow Mopar Brothers!! I am in need of two outer wheelhouses for my 67 gtx. I know that they do not reproduce these for this model year, but does anyone know where I can find outer wheelhouses for that style of car? or what is an alternate solution? Thanks!!

just curious...
how much of the outer wheel house do you need....
a small section along the inside.. just above the opening.. where the rust has formed... or the ENTIRE wheel house..
there is always cut and splice from others of a similar shape...
or removing the offending piece... duplicate it..
are you replacing the rear quarter panels????
got pictures?????

Just a two inch strip? Did you already remove all the rust? After all the digging & grinding the rusted section is usually about 5 to 10 times bigger than you thought at first. I've been there. Get as big a piece as you can, try some salvage yards in the dry south-west.

I had the same situation on a Chevy of the same year. If you can buy a wheelhouse for a similar body you might be able to cut the lip from it and modify from there. If you have to work from scratch, make a flat narrow strip that fits inside the wheel arch of the quarter, with the quarter patch or panel screwed or otherwise temporarily fastened. Tack that to the rotten wheelhouse anywhere it will reach. If it won't, make a tab to connect them. Once your strip matches the backside of the quarter and stays attached to the wheelhouse, then you can just remove the quarter and patch in the missing areas. Sure its a lot of work but its a pretty fun fit-n-weld project. Here are some example photos to illustrate.
