My first DART! I just bought my son a 1974 swinger with a stroked 340 and a ford 9" rear. The man that was building it passed away and did not get to finish. We are going to finish it for the family and it should be sweet. What I want to know is I paid only 2200 for it and was that a good deal. I have all the reciepts from the engine.  He did all the suspension in the rear and put drums on all four corners. He was going to drag the car from what I was told. The body is in mint condition. I have fouund a donor car for everything else I need. I am going to have to tame it a little before my son even gets in it! Anyway I am sure I am going to have alot of questions for all of you so please be patient!

bad440, did the 71 front clip bolt right on with no modifications? the reason i ask

is because i also have a 73 swinger and i really didnt like the looks of the 73 frontend, what i really wanted was a 71-72 swinger because i like the looks of the frontend. Cool
