Do any of you fellas know if the Bee was optioned with vinyl top (particularly white) for 1969?

Yes it was, I had a 69 Super Bee and it had white vinyl top, white stripe and white inter.

Great...thanks buddy. I just picked up a 383 Bee. Painting it back the original dark blue metallic with the white stripe and it does have white interior also. I thought that the white winyl would look really bitchin' on this car. Would you believe I found this little honey for $3500.00. Number matching car with a good solid body. Yeah, I know what your thinking....he REALLY needed money and he had no idea what the car was worth. Anyway, thanks for the heads-up.

Yes the Bee we found in Nevada was wearing a well worn white top.

I just picked up a blue w/ white vinyl on sunday, not as cheep as yours, do you know if the bee on the trunk is the same as the grill.

I believe the bee on the trunk and the one on the grill are different. Check Year One, I think they have both available to order as reproductions.
