Free Rider, I can relate to you doing a '41, I just recently sold our '40 to buy a house. That car was a lot of fun. We generally try to mix in some low-buck stuff with teh high-end stuff, but normally the stuff that's high-end gives you something to shoot for and a couple ideas to apply for your self.

Some people are like Slinkys; they're not very useful, but fun to watch when pushed down the stairs.

Randy,

TECH TECH TECH!!!!!!! I love/live for it!!! Also, for guys doing things on the EXTREME cheap, some type of parts interchangeability section for eng/trans/chassis. I know that last part is much easier said than done, but I'm talking just some basic "'round the corner junkyard is all I have access to/money for-doin' it in my front yard 'cuz I got no garage" Quickie Stuff. (did that make sense at all???) It just seems I see a lot of "can I use part X from this car to replace part Y in this truck" type questions.  Thanx for the chance to go on!  Great mag otherwise!!!

I think this is the best magazine around! I have subscribed for years, and will continue to do so. What about doing a new 5.7 hemi swap in a A-body, or a E-body?  How about doing wiring repairs? Another good one would be recovering your interior.  Thanks for the cool mag, and keep up the good work.

I've got it.. The sure fire way to make this the most popular magazine on the stand !

Each month have a feature called, "Whats new on Dave's Barracuda!" Each month I could give you a couple pics of my car, or of me ! or better still me and the car ! Isnt that a great idea !?

The mag is pretty good! I am not much on the new stuff, but I know it is inevitable.
As far as what to add, a section of readers rides devoted to real daily driven street cars would be nice. A true street beater may not be pretty, but these cars are very important hobby.
So how about at least a few real street beaters once in a while?

You know...I had a '70 440+6 Sport Fury for 3 days back in 1971. The dealer wanted $2600 for it, and it had 8,000 mi. I traded a 1970 Honda CB450 + $2000 for it but I could'nt get a Bank anywhere in the Chicago area to loan me the difference. You see, the dealer had a bad rep. It took me 6 mos. to get my bike back. With that engine in it, you wouldn't know is was a big car. If only....
