The Feb, 2003, issue of MMM posted a tech article about power window upgrades for vintage Mopars. I've got a 1965 Coronet station wagaon that I want to convert, but when I visited the listed/sourced supplier they did not list 62-65 B-bodies, yet the MMM article stated they had them. Electic-Life recommended a universal kit, but I'd prefer to use a factory replacement kit for, say the 66 B-bodies, if possible.
Here's my question; does anyone out there know if the window regulators will interchange between the 65 and 66 and later cars? I'm not afraid to do the universal swap, but I'd much rather swap like-for-like components, which should make the swap quicker and more reliable.
Steve Dulcich did the swap, and I don't know if he reads any of these posts, but I have enjoyed the tech articles from him for many years.

I would go with kit as finding good used part that are going on 40 years old will be a chance deal at best.
