Hello All, i need a bit of info for this 1968 dodge charger. its an original 383 auto car. i have no exact info on the car since the data plate is missing from the fender, so i'm at a loss of info on the exaxt options. but the car has some strange decals on it. the decals read "Pheonix SJ" and they are on the 1/4s and c pillars and on the decklid there is a stripe with another "Pheonix" decal. the reason i believe that its some sort of dealer package is that the dealer sticker is placed OVER the rear stripe. also, its a 68 and it has a 70 standard rear bumblebee stripe. no R/T cutout. also, the valve covers have a well odne 2 tone paint job on htem, red anf hemi orange. i have no idea about the car. any info on this car or its origins would be greatly appreciated.
VIN number- XP29G8Bxxxxxx

I had a plain-jane 1969 Charger with similar VIN. Mine was XP29G9B..... The only difference I can see from your VIN is the sixth digit for Year Model (which the 8 indicates a 1968 whereas mine was 9 for a 1969). The 5th digit indicates a 383 cu. in. engine (NON hi-performance). Good luck on finding more info.
