I'm hoping somebody can give me some sound advice here...I have a 1966 Barracuda, slant six with three on the tree...It's slow worn out and in need of replacemant. Which leads me to this...also have access to a 360 from an old van. It has 40g's in original miles and I would like to know if I can squeeze it in my cuda with out hacking up the fish itself. I want the car to look basically stock.

not a problem 66's were available with a small block you might need to swap k.members or get a motor mount kit that well bolt it to your k.member also you well need to change the trans and rear end.  

Easy way obtain K member from 64 to 66 V8 barracuda, valiant or dart then unbolt orignal and swap in the other then the V8 mounts make it straight bolt in, will look stock...

or if you do not care if looks stock there is another alternative... a little less work but would have a race/custom appearance...
