I am having my stock 2 core radiator rebuilt to 4 cores. It was the stock 1970 318 cid challenger. It now has a 360 Mag crate motor thus the need for more radiator. Can anyone make a recommendation on a quality fair priced electric fan? Thanks for your time.

summit sells a couple different electric 16 " fans.
Range from $100-$150.
I would recommend running the electric fan on the outside as an accessory fan and run a clutch fan on the inside.
