Does anyone know the maximum slick size that I can fit under the rear of a 1970 Dart without modifying anything besides shaving the inner fender lip.

I think a 28X9 is the biggest you'll get under it and even that will be tight. You may want to ask the guys a www.forabodiesonly.com

I have a 68 valiant that I run 27-8-15 slicks on with SS springs they clear with no wheel well changes
