I am rebuilding a '76 360 and I got Magnum heads off of a 1999 5.9L.  I am trying to choose what cam to use.  I want it streetable, but a little racey.  Does anyone know what the maximum lift these heads have stock?  In the September 04 edition of MOPAR Muscle, they state that it is .530 (400HP 318 article).  Can anyone confirm this?  The only specs I found on the 5.9L appear to say "Valve Lift (zero lash)" is 0.410", is that the max lift it can take?

Thanks for your help,

Jeremy

.410 is the stock magnum cam.The R/T grind is .456
(this is based on the magnum 1.6 rocker ratio)and will
work with no other mods.On my old 5.9/360 I ran the R/T
cam with 1.7 rockers but by that time I had changed
springs and modified the seats to avoid possible spring
bind.
