Early A-body front disc-brake swap

I am currently restoring/rebuilding a 1965 Dodge Dart.  I would like to know if there are any front suspension parts that I can use from later A-bodies (ie spindles, rotors).  I would like to swap from the small bolt pattern drum brakes, to large bolt pattern disc-brakes.  Has anybody done a rack and pinon swap on this year and model also?  I looking for any possible advise (besides getting rid of the car) for steering and stopping of conversions.    Thanks

late model 73-up duster or dart sport spindles and control arms should do the trick. if not i believe master power brakes makes a complete swap kit. As for rack and pinion, i've seen it done but its always been done with tobular k-fram swaps. honestly if you arent to happy with the steering and want to "upgrade" it a little, i'd try a fast ratio steering box.

If I were a machine, I'd be a lot happier.
