Mysterious distributor - help?!

I have a Dodge MB300 Sportsman with 360CID and an unusual distributor - not stock. It has a very aggressive spark curve: does anyone know anything about this unit?
The 'factory' tag number on it is 4091661.
The advancer supplies 15 degrees (30 crank) of advance.
The vacuum advance adds another 11 degrees.
Is this a MOPAR Performance unit or something from another engine? It's a little too aggressive for the motorhome, I think - ping is a problem unless static timing is set back to about 5 degrees ATC. Sure starts easily at that setting, though....
