I did some digging around in the archives, and it looks like you will need spindles and control arms from a '73 or newer a body (duster, dart, valliant, etc...). I believe that your '69 has the small bolt pattern (5x4), and the newer cars will probably have the larger, 5x4.5 bolt pattern, so you will more than likely need new wheels for the front also. Another point to consider is that you car should have left hand thread on the laft hand side of the car, and the newer equipment won't; its easy to change out the left hand lugs on the rear-end to right hand lugs - just remove the bolt, pull out the shaft, hammer out your old lugs and press the new one in and bolt 'em down. If you go this route, your rear end will still be the old bolt pattern, and the front will be the larger. Just something to think about.
If you want to go aftermarket, stainless steel brake corporation makes very good disc brake conversion kits, I used one in my challenger and it was 100% bolt-on with no mods required. They are also running about $800 or so; they can be ordered through summitracing.com.

Your are right about the (5on4). I have a 71 duster that came with that bolt pattern and 11in. rotors. Having a heck of a time finding replacement rotors. I would like to keep the stock 5on 4 pattern.

Contact Greg Moser Engineering..
I have a 1970 Duster 340 and a 1972 Dodge Demon 340, and I bought two sets of shortened and resplined axles from Moser Engineering originally from a C-Body Dodge Polara, to fit my 8 3/4" A-body rear end.
All you need to do is, find a set of of 10" 10" x 2 1/2" backing plates for a 8 3/4" rear end and that's it. However, as I had done these conversions decades ago; they are no longer needed! One car was a slant six, and I had to swap the K-frame...NO MORE. There are companies that make conversions mounts. Also, why beat old drums, when you can go four wheel disc!?!?!?

Wilwood makes a hub kit with disc brakes that is dual bolt pattern. It's like 650$ from Summit or Magnum Force. You can use the stock small upper ball joint early a-body spindles of upgrade to the late model style. I ended up buying a package from Magnum force with the brake kit, coil over conversion, new spindles and a set of tubular uppers. it's real nice.
She wanted the real thing. So I gave it to her.
