can anyone help me with a 1970 dodge challenger r/t?

i have drum brakes in the rear and disc brakes in the front. i do not know if i have manual or power brakes do to the fact, i did not tear down the car. i am trying to build up. i did the rear brakes and worked my way up to the front of the car with all new lines. realizing i had 3 proportioning valves and i can not find them anywhere. but i did find a 5 port proportioning valve with a master cylinder attach(in the box of rusted parts that came with the car). so i ordered a 1970 brake booster. i have 3 different backing plates for the brake booster or/ master cylinder to firewall. there is only one bracket that seems to work, but the eyebolt for the brake pedal does not line up. what am i missing? where do i get it?
