Hello,

I'm new to the forum and I just wanted to say hello.  I'm also looking for a 57, 58 Plymouth Fury or Belvedere. Any help would be great.

                  Thanks..

I have a total of four 1957 and 1958 Plymouths. The breakdown is as follows:
1957 Plymouth Belvedere 2-door hardtop
1957 Plymouth Custom Suburban 6-passenger station wagon
1958 Plymouth Belvedere 2-door hardtop
1958 Plymouth Belvedere 4-door sedan
.

I have been offered $6000 for all the cars and parts I own already. What I am really looking for is a trade.
I would like to have a quick street car. Something like:
1967-69 or 1993-2002 Camaro Z28 or SS.
Built 1999-2004 Ford mustang
1984-1987 Buick Grand National
1970-1973 or 1993-2002 Pontiac Firebird Formula or Trans Am
1970-1974 Plymouth Barracuda ('Cuda) or Dodge Challenger
1970-1972 Plymouth Road Runner, Satellite, or GTX
1968-1970 Dodge Charger
1967 Pontiac GTO
1969-1970 Chevrolet Chevelle
1969-1996 Chevrolet Corvette
Rollback or car hauling flatbed truck

These are some of the cars on the top of my list anyways. I understand that most of the cars on my list are
worth more than the cars I have here, but I am hoping to find a project that has some cosmetic issues or the
like. I love to work on cars, and am not afraid to get my hands dirty, but I am a novice at cutting and welding
so I would prefer to start with a decent body. I like doing paint and body work, and if I had a nice enough
welder I would play around a bit with it and end up fixing these cars. My interest has shifted from the chrome
laden tail finned Mopars I have here, to more or a mean and nasty quick American Musclecar look.
I am looking for one car I can keep for the rest of my life.
I thought "Christine" was going to be the one, but as I have gotten older, my tastes seem to have changed.
I have 3 of the 4 bumper wings (missing one of the rears), brand new in the box correct diamond patterned Sport-Tone trim,
a 150 MPH speedometer decal to place over the 120 MPH speedometer, and just tons of parts for these cars. Power steering, power brakes,
rear speaker, etc. Cars need floor and trunk pans. The wagon has a poly engine in it that runs. I pulled the 318 and three speed torqueflite
out of the red 4-door Belvedere. There are more than $6000 worth of parts and pieces laying around in my shop. I am trying to simplify my
life, and just have one car that may need minor things fixed and just focus on that one car.I am not interested in selling just parts, so please
do not ask. If you are unfamiliar with the 1958 Plymouths, check out the Stephen King movie Christine. This is what I was gathering all
of these parts to build. Please do not ask me if I want to trade your brand new toaster oven or four wheeler etc. I am mainly looking for the
cars listed above. I am not looking for something to get and sell again, just a car I can keep in my garage and take out on nice days or when
the world gets to be too much. I believe if you are into Christine, I have just about enough parts to put one together. Thank you for looking,
and best wishes.
