Hey i have a 74 duster it had a 225 /6 but i put a hole in the side of the block the size of a grapefruit. It blew the starter clean off the tranys bell housing so now i'm not shure what i want to do with the car .... i want to put an v8 in but dont want to mess with the frame. but i cant find and 225's with a good trany. any one have any ideas on what i should do?

Schumacher makes motor mounts so you can swap in a V8. You will have to install a 904 or 727 trans for the V8. Might be a good time to install a new starter as well.
