Power Steering Gear Box

I am needing to replace the power steering gear box on my 73 Cuda. I have found several for sale and a few with a lifetime warranty, but I only want to replace it once. Does anyone have a suggestion on a brand?
I have found a Cardone reman. with a lifetime warranty and a Lares new unit with a lifetime warranty for a little more.

I honestly have no experience with either company, but with a lifetime warranty, what have you got to lose?
Any mechanical product built or rebuilt by any manufacturer can defect, so I would go with the Cardone--it's probably as good as any.
You can also see about getting yours rebuilt by someone like Firm Feel.
