Hello, O.k here is the issue, the dash vin plate has been removed? and replaced with screws, not rivits,  So I wanted to find every vin stamped on the car but cant find any, well I found something stamped on the core support but it isnt even close to resembling the vin plate on the dash. are the vin's stamped into the frame, engine block, trans etc.....if so where?
Thanks in advance I know the answer is here somewhere.

buy a copy of your states vehicle code book... most states have them online also for free...

read up on tampering with VIN numbers..  there are also federal laws on it..   i know you did not do it...

i hope you have your bill of sale from the prior owner and checked his ID numbers on the paperwork he signed for the transfer..

the state police and DMV's have a list of where each car has the hidden vin numbers..   if they are posted to the web.. crooks will know where they are to change them ...

the shop that were making the eleanor mustangs got busted  swapping vins..   they were also cutting out the stamped in vins and swapping them around..

here in california..   there are over 300,000 cars a year stolen..  about 15 percent never recovered..  some head south.. some go overseas..  some have been resold with help from dmv employees... who many of which are now doing time standing in the chow lines in the state prisons..

i hope a lot of people read this...     most DMV's and many state police stations.. will do vin checks on cars...  drive it there.. bring it on a trailer...    they will take your paper work..  go in their office.. come out in overalls and check several of the locations..  then sign it off...    if your dash board vin number is loose..  had the rivets tampered with...  they will probably remove it.. and issue you a new stick on vin number ... that they will put in a door jam...

do this with the seller if you feel that there is any problem with the vin before you pay them......  some states will send officers out to locations by appointment..    the state dmv's and state police have been showing up more and more at high end auctions..

who wants to spend 6 digits or more on a stolen car...

i hope your car is not a stolen car...

people need to learn ... Not to by a car with a tampered with vin..    there are even custom shaped of rivet heads.. to prevent one from just using pop rivets...

I'll take a stab at trying to answer part of your question.  VIN numbers on 69 B bodies are found on
a. Dash pad
b. Rad Support (top or upper engine side)
c. Engine block itself
d. Tranny
e. Under the rubber lip moulding of the trunk

Have you decoded the vin number on the dash?  What does it tell you?
Do you have the fender tag?  Build sheet?  Usually found under the seats, behind the seats, on top of the glove box? etc...
