Has anyone used POR-15 or Rust-Oleum?  What's your preferences?  I looked on POR-15's website and couldn't find if you can apply any primer and bondo over the POR-15 or just their products.  Any knowledge on this?

I've used POR 15 for years, its the best I've found. I had an old beater Ramcharger that I knew I couldn't get to to paint, but it had lots of rust. I got some of each rust preventative that I could find at the local stores and a couple mail order. I made a map up and treated different locations with different products. The only 2 that held up for years were Eastwoods and POR 15. POR 15 was the better between the 2. The truck got pretty rough 4wd treatment and on a garaged car it might not be as pronounced but for my money POR 15 is number 1. And I have used it under other brands of paint and filler, I do scuff it before I put the next layer over it.
