please help me i am putting this engine together tomorrow and i need to know if i need to put RTV on this port or not i have a 1991 dodge dakota with a 318 im in the process of replacing the head gaskets and i was wondering if the ports in the center of the head intake side are water jackets they are a c shaped port with a square port inside the c shaped port

no it's just heat cross over through the lil square hole, button it up and be done with it.

NO RTV ON CROSS OVER, ONLY WATER CROSS OVERS AT FRONT AND BACK OF INTAKE.
