Does anyone know if an E body K frame will work on a B Body? And, is there a difference between small block and big block K frames?

Just found out that my 70 coronet R/T has a tweaked K frame. Noticed an inch difference in height from the driver's side to passenger side after the car was alligned. Took it back and the mechanic is pretty sur the K frame is bent. Theres and inch difference in clearence from the tie rod to the torsion bars. Drivers side tie rods grease fitting is barely scraping the K frame. I see some evidence of some type of accident from a previous owner.

I have my choice of 3 E body K frames from a friend, but not sure if this will work.

Well, when I changed the lower contol arm bushings, the bolt for the drivers bar was all the way in, and the passenger side was about half way. Put it back together with both half way. Thought I'd let the shop adjust them properly. When I got the car back, the driver's side was lower. Took it back, and the shop says something must be tweaked on the K frame.
