No reverse lights ! 68 dart

You guys helped so much , so I'm back.
I have never had reverse lights on my 68 dart since I owned the car . After the new engine and tran, was put in I thought the builder would get to it. Never happened. I have a latter model 904. I found the neutral safety switch with one wire going to my starter relay, and I think the input for the reverse lights in the harness at bulkhead is c, and d. Do I need the neutral switch with the tree wires to the tran , and how do I do it from there ?
