swapping 1970 coronet front end sheet metal onto a 1970 satellite body

inherited body, no sheet metal, found coronet front end for sale. anyone heard of this swap before? can it be done? anyone know someone who has done it? thanks.....Dan

Not sure really, kinda new to this body type, i think the is a superbird a whole uniqe front end, different then both models-i think. thanks for the reply.....Dan

I've heard of this...I'm pretty sure there was someone who did this in the readers ride section of mopar muscle last year or two. Yes, the superbird used the 70 coronet front fenders and a modified hood. Should be no problem to make this switch, but i'm sure you can find all the right sheetmetal on ebay.

Yeah the 70 Coronet front fenders and valance panel lights where used on the Super Bird. I think the hood was a modified coronet hood but I am not sure on the hood. The Super Bird used a cap on the hood.
You could easly do a clone Super Biard.
