72-74 a body /6 k frames interchangable?

i have a 72 plymouth gold duster, and a 74 plymouth valiant. my duster has a smallblock k frame under it(im building a 360 for it),but the valiant has a running slant six. my car was originally a slant six car, and i want to put one in it again just to get it running and driving. my plan of action was to take the whole k frame out of the valiant and put it under my duster, and i am just trying to figure out if this will work or not.

any help?

i believe the k-members will swap over, but the rest of the brakes/suspension should be different. if you're swapping just the k-member, you should be fine.
