I just had a 71 duster /6 auto given to me. Its been sitting undriven since 1992. When it was parked, the doors were locked. I cant seem to get either door open. tried a slimjim tried pulling the inside handles with a tool through the back wing windows. Im really frustrated here. I need to get a door open. SO, what do you all suggest? Anything you might be able to tell me to get into it without breaking things or at least not breaking windows. Bear in mind, IM NOT SOME DUMBA@@, IVE TRIED ALL THE NORMAL THINGS I COULD THINK OF.

Next is just a simple question, do the bench seat cars have the mounting holes for buckets in them from the factory? If not , whats the best way to go about putting buckets in it? what year seats will fit in it?

Thanks a bunch folks.

I am guessing that the lock mechanisms are seized, and getting to them without breaking at least one window will be tough. MAYBE, if someone has had the rear seat out at one time, and didn't completely bolt it back in, you MIGHT be bale to remove the seat back, and get inside that way--it's a long shot.

As far as the seats, no, the holes are not drilled for bucket seats. There are also support plates and/or brackets you should also install. Seats from any 70 - 75 A-Body should fit.
