Challenger help

My name is james and i am 19 years old.  I have recently bought my first car which is a 1973 challenger 440.  I am looking to modify the motor, trans, and rear.  I was wondering if all you experts out there know of a good cam, aluminum head, carb, and piston package i could use to get my mopar running atleast 500 hp on pump gas.. I am planning on driving the car alot, and I would rather stay with a hydraulic flat tappet cam. I am looking to procharge it later down the line when my bank account can handle such a cost, so i am also looking for a good manual trans and rear that would be capable of handling around 725hp.  Also what roller rockers should i plan to invest on?  My money is limited so any savings in costs would be good. I also currently have 1 7/8 inch hedman headers, and a 3 inch flowmaster exhaust. Any information would be very much appreciated, and thank you for your time.
