I just picked up a 74 the other day, no motor or trans, some rust issues, paid 300 for it. so running driveable, 1000 seems about right.

very common, but a great resto mod candidate as it's small, appealing, and parts are readily available to dump in anything from a 318 to a 440

i paid 300.00 for my dart sport 15 years ago and it needed to be restored. it's been done now for the last 12 years and about 8000.00 into it but mine is a factory 340 auto floor console bucket seat and factory sunroof ( real steel) it's kinda funny a duster 340 in which there were more made and are worth more according to old car price guide.

A car is worth what you can get for it. In these depressed times most cars are worth about half of what they were worth a few yrs. ago. Sure there are those who still live in a dream world but they are fewer & fewer, especially when there are people struggling to keep their homes this past yr. Doc

I was given a 1974 dart swinger 5.2L 318CID auto trans with AC..car has 200 thousand on it and very little rust. A friend of my moms was moving I told him he could just give me his dart and he handed the title over. I've had it for about 3 months and I've had offers over 2000.
