I am in need of putting a head liner in my dart, and have been looking at it somewhat. Being how i have all the chrome trim off of the car I think i can see part of the headliner tucked in with the windshield. Does this mean I must take my windshield out to install a headliner? Or does it just tuck into the rubber seal that is sticking out inside the car,(windshield seal). Has anyone installed a headliner in a 68 dart?

The front edge of the headliner tucks up under the inner portion of the windshield seal, and it can be replaced without removing the windshield. Simply lower the inner edge of the seal, and you'll see "teeth" under it. Those "teeth" hold the headliner in place.
If this is your first headliner install, remember to start the install with the rear bow, not from the front.
Sometimes you just gotta say...
