crankcase venting

do i need to vent the crankcase on  my 318? currently have a breather on one side and nothing on the other.

Circle track cars have long used only one side of an engine to vent crankcase pressure, BUt that's an entirely different driving condition. One side is better than nothing, but personally, if I can't run a PCV valve, I would at least vent both valve covers.  


Sometimes you just gotta say...

i can easily run a PCV, valve cover to carb,right, then vent the other side or run to the air cleaner?

Yea, run a pcv and vent the cover to the air cleaner, on my street/strip car I run a pcv and two vented breathers to the air cleaner.
