I am doing a 73 duster 340 clone and I now have a correct hood scoop for it , but don't know the correct location to drill holes for it. thankyou.

73 Duster 340s did not have a hood scoop from the factory.

I am installing the dual snorkel scoop and just want to get it in the correct spot.

Thats a 72073 Dart Sport scoop. They do look great on the 73-74 Dusters.
