I found a nice set of 360 heads with 1.88, 1.60 valves and I was wondering if they would work good on my 318 without sacrificing compression and torque. Should I stay with my stock heads or would these 360 heads be the best bet?

Unless your bumping the compression to 10.1-11.1 WITH the 360 heads don't bother. Basically even if you have 9.1 with the 360 heads you will need help under 2800 rpm, like stall converter =2800 rpm and or 3.91-4.10. The air speed/velocity is too slow untill you get reving 2800+rpm
age is no lock on brillance
