ok, I dont know if any of you guys out there have had this problem. One of my caliper retainer bolts worked its way out and I need a replacement bolt. The thread size seems to 7/16 by 20 but every bolt i try doesn't work when compaired the the 7/16 bolt, the factory bolt's thread makes a sort of "u" shape. I have looked every where and i can't find this bolt. HELP!!  

Do the rest of the bolts look the same? maybe someone run an oddball bolt in there. It would seem strange the factory would use a specific bolt just for the calipers. If worse comes to worse, drill and tap for heli coils, thus standard bolt. Is the u shape possibly from wear, or does the thread look the same up to the head? another option, if there is enough meat around the holes, drill and tap for 1/2" fine thread, use grade 8 bolt.  

yea all the bolts are the same, and the bolts seem to be worn a little but i was told be two people that they are diffrent. So I think im going to run a tap throuh the spendle and see what happens
