Hello from the UK!
Hoping somebody can give me a definitive answer to my question regarding rim sizes. I’m currently renovating and modifying my 1968 roadrunner and trying to establish what’s the maximum amount of rubber I can get on the floor without having to mini tub the car or lift up the rear end? Is it possible to get a rim that will carry a 10" tire? Have so many conflicting opinions I’m just a little uncertain.
All help and comments greatly appreciated!
G.

15x8 Welds with a 4 1/2" back spacing work with a 28x10 tire. I run M&H bias ply 275/60/15s, they are 10" tread width, and I have had them on a 69 Satellite, which is the same basic car you have.
