How do I put in a new windsheild on my 55(have it and new seal) Dodge? How do I go about replacing the rear leaf springs myself?

Have a professional do the glass. then sell me this car.lol That my friend is my favorite 50's car. I had a chance to buy a non running 54 royal 241 red ram for $1,200 pink/whitew/red int and it was bad assington. But I had a car that would be on the road for the money spent on the royal, so thats what I did. The springs are fairly easy do one side at a time, jack stand under the car frame and floor jack under the the axle tube then loosen the front and rear shackles and take off the shock plate/u bolts and the rest is history. When you get done with the new ones check your pinion angle. I would also buy new u bolts which if you do just cut the old ones off [bolts are hard to get off after 50+ yrs.
age is no lock on brillance
