I am looking at a 72 Duster, no engine or trans. The frame is good and the floors, and trunk are ok. The only rust is qrters lower, rockers, etc.
IT was a 6cyl and auto.

If I wanted to put a 318, or ? would I still have to change the k-member or not ???  Where is a good place to get a kmember at??  Can but the car real cheap.  So what involved?

Thanks all for your help.

You don't need to change the K memeber when converting an A body 6 cyl car to a v8. Go to Schumacher motor mounts they have several motor mount kits that are available for this swap.
