This is my 1st post and it is for a friend in upstate N.Y.. He bought a new 1967 GTX and still has the car it has 28,000 miles on it it is a 440 with auto. Car is gold with a black top and is what I would consider in great shape. It has not been on the road since 1976 but has been started and garaged and taken down a dead end street at least 4 times a year. He would like to repaint the car and put a crate hemi and trans in the car and keep the orgional motor and trans in his garage. He is having trouble finding anyone to do the work . Does anyone know of someone that he can contact in N.Y. or PA.? Thankyou in advance for any help Larry

D.S.E. in Ontario Canada specializes in crate Hemis, I believe they build two or three a day for U.S. customers.
Dale Stroud Enterprises is located just outside Hamilton Ontario and is about an hours drive to Buffalo.
You can e-mail them at info@dse1.com
Or call 905-957-8880
They are the best in my opinion at high performance vehicles.
All the top drag cars and street & strip cars run their products up here in Ontario Canada.
