Im thinking of buying a 68 satellite and need to know am few answers to the following 1-Are they the same body shape as the roadrunner, 2-Are parts a lot harder to get than other models that are more popular 3-Are there any problems with this model-it has a 318 in it.The car im looking at is ver straight, black vinyl roof, color orange,i dont know, is this a standard colour, lhand drive im in austalia dont forget, its not cheap $20,000 but thats what we pay over here, I dont have the contacts in the usa to import myself, cause I know I could save doing it that way. Anyway a few questions there if someone can give some answers, thanks.

In the u.s. and Canada the satellite and road runner are basically the same car. In Austraila I am not sure, I know you charger is different than ours. As far as the price, if it is as nice as you say it is then that is a comparable price for what you would pay for a top car with that driveline in Canada.
Parts are plenty full over here, year-one, Legendary interiors, mancini racing, summit, jegs, all these places can be found on the web.
Good Luck

Thanks for the reply, by the sound of it they must be the same as the satelitte and road runner are imported from usa, where as the valiant charger we have was made right here in australia.

Your right, in the u.s they might be a dozen valiant chargers that roamed the streets at one time, I think there are 3 still in excistance.
I asume they were all imported from Austraila.
No idea if they are right hand drive over here, never personally seen one but have read about them.
