exhaust header problem

i have a 70 challenger, the extractors run down the side of the motor and two of the pipes go on top of the steering arm and 2 go under before they then all join the problem i have is even with large sidewall tyres the exhaust still scrapes is there a different type that are available something that hugs the block more that stays on the top side of the steering arm or is there even a factory header so i can put lower profile tyres on i hope this makes scense any help would be appreciated

I had the same problem. I had to tighten up on the lower control arm torsion bar adjustment bolts to raise the ride height of the car. This is also going to cause you to have to get the front end realigned.

hey thanks guys but i have found the solution all be it a simple one i have put standard exhaust manifold on it which has fixed the problem and cheaply i might add thanks again for your help
