Making Challenger Custom Door Panels

I have a Challenger that has a Rollcage that does not allow the stock Door Panels to be used. Has anyone else created custom door panels on their car? There are so many curves and the edge of the door where the door panel bolts down to is stepped down. Pics or Web Links would really be appreciated.
