if you run the .513 lunati voodoo, its a split lobe cam with 276 intake duration at .513 lift but the exhaust lift is .533 and duration is 284 .050 234 int. 242exh. its a no brainer, go for the lunati 304 it will smoke the M.P .484 camshaft in street trim or at the track. haha believe me you will get the 450 plus hp,this is taking into consideration your above mentioned intake.want more hp? change the intake as the 304 is good for 2200 to 6400 rpm, sweet cam. very streetable, 3500 converter 3.90 rear and it will fly.first things first, take it apart and to the machine shop

the .484 is decent but the .513 lunati will blow it away on the street or strip 304 specs,.513 intake .533 exh. duration 276int. 284 exhaust .050 234 int. 242 exh. good for 6400 rpm. its a no brainer, buy the 304.want more hp? run a better suited intake and youll see that 450 hp plus quite easily.

Remove the oil pump, then use a punch to tap the intermediate shaft up and out. It might take the bushing with it, but that will be replaced anyway, it will also likely damage the hex end of the shaft, but those are easy to find. It shouldn't hurt the block if you use care. Spray it with penetrating oil and let it sit overnight before you start.
