Wow, I have never heard of brake shoes wearing out that fast. Are you sure something isn't making them hang up, and constantly be applying pressure to the drum?

IM NOT SURE I WAS THINKING THAT MAYBE THE ADJUSTMENTS WERE OFF. WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR?

If the brake adjusters are out too far, you'll have a heck of a time removing the drums. Also, If your shoes are wearing out that fast, and apparently you have already went through a couple of sets, make sure the drums aren't shot. For some reason, it sounds like the shoes are applying pressure constantly. Don't take this next comment the wrong way, the other options could be either you drive it like a race car, or your foot constantly rides the brake pedal a lot. I have seen a lot of people do that, and not even realize it.
