Congratulations on your first Mopar! The '71 Darts can be sweet performers with small or big-block power and look great too.
Be sure to read the young guns rules thoroughly and send in the info. It could get you in the magazine and a gift certificate to help you get started on your project.

Well I've finaly decided what to do with my Dart. I'm going to take my first engine that I got when I was twelve, a 440, keep it mostly stock, with a six pack induction set up, with a 4 speed linked to a Strange Dnginering S60 rear end. Then a stock interior with pistol grip shifter (which one should i use, SOMEONE TELL ME!) and the Faux wood tuff wheel. As for the exterior it would be completely stock, even steel wheels! Topped off with Plum Crazy Purple paint with a white bumble bee stripe. one of the things i wanted to do is have a fender tag stampedd to make it seem like it came off the asembly plant in Ontario (where my Dart was built) like it is V-code and all. But keep the stock one, painted the original orage bolted next to the purple one.
............ Oh yeah heres what the liscense plate would read: PURPLE!
