Am i the only one on this site in to neon's? be nice if mopar came out with a 4 cyl magazine...wish full thinking

try out dodgeforum.com it will show a longe list of cars and trucks. go to the neon, it will ask you 1st gen or 2nd gen. we have alot of members. you can check it out without being a member but membership is free.

Guys, I have nothing against Neons. My oldest daughter is driving a stage I enhanced SRT-4 right now, Tech Editor Dave Young and his wife have n SRT-4, and we did a couple web articles on improving a first gen Neon on the web site before. The only problem we have, is that no one that reads the mag or religiously looks at the web site cares about FWD stuff.
If we get no positive feedback from genuine readers (not just someone from a FWD Forum that sees it, and tells all his buddies to post on our site about doing more of it), we find other things thast do interest reader's, and do that.
I've tried, but

No you’re not the only one. All kinds of guys over at neons.org are just screaming right now. A lot of Mopar guys are in to Neons and if they realized that the daily driver Neon could be as fast as a 68 formula S Barracuda and get 30mpg, for cheap, well????. Check out neons.org, drop a 2.4 in the daughters neon and make it run 13’s for a nickel, then sell some magazines based on the build-up, If I saw anything about the Neon on the newsstand, I’d buy it.

I love my Neon. I've had two. A blue '95 5-speed, and still have a red '03 auto. No mods. Just wheels, tint, and a decent stereo.

As a Mopar fanatic I bought one of the SRT 4 Neons. Although I don't drive it much, an 04 with 13k miles, I have upgraded it to a stage 3R. It's very fast and surprises many many ricers.
